Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will grant you total control over your email box accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new email box in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Moreover, you can redirect emails from one e-mail box to another, set up email filters, set up autoresponder messages and protect your email mailboxes against spam electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email box accounts against junk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited e-mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your e-mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular e-mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming electronic mail messages according to certain rules set by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your email box accounts and select the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming emails from one email account to another, or even to several other email mailbox accounts. Just specify the mailbox account you would like to forward electronic mail messages from, then select the destination email box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your preference to access your e-mail boxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you wish to set up on your personal computer or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple e-mail box accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
